To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Providing accurate and complete information • Updating your information as needed You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. We may terminate or suspend accounts at our discretion.

You retain ownership of content you submit, post, or display on the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service. You agree not to post content that: • Is illegal, harmful, or threatening • Infringes intellectual property rights • Contains malware or viruses • Violates privacy or publicity rights • Constitutes spam or commercial solicitation • Contains gibberish, nonsense, or random characters • Is irrelevant to your registered business category or dream topic

To maintain the quality and integrity of the iDreamers platform, all user submitted content, including dreams, products, services, and business profiles, is automatically reviewed by our AI Content Policy Guardian before it is published. The AI moderation system evaluates submissions against the iDreamers Content Policy and will BLOCK content that: • Contains gibberish, random characters, or nonsensical text (e.g., "jhfhlgjgjgkhg") • Is irrelevant to the submitter's registered business industry (e.g., a car dealer listing a random table with a stock market image) • Constitutes spam, placeholder text, or obvious test data • Lacks meaningful value (empty or meaningless names, descriptions, or fields) • Contains prohibited items such as illegal goods/services, weapons, drugs, adult content, hate speech, or fraudulent listings • Is misleading or designed to deceive other users When content is blocked, the AI provides a clear explanation of the issue and guidance on how to comply with iDreamers Policy. You must revise and resubmit content that meets the platform's quality standards before it can be published. Businesses must ensure that products and services listed are plausibly relevant to their registered industry category. Dreamers must submit genuine, realistic personal aspirations. We reserve the right to remove any content that bypasses or evades AI moderation, and to take action against accounts that repeatedly submit non compliant content.

The Platform facilitates financial transactions between users. By using payment features, you agree to: • Provide accurate payment information • Pay all applicable fees and taxes • Comply with our refund and dispute policies • Not use payment features for illegal purposes We use third party payment processors. You may not: • Use the Service for illegal purposes • Attempt to gain unauthorized access • Interfere with security features • Reverse engineer the Service • Use automated systems without permission • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Manipulate funding or engagement metrics • Impersonate others or provide false information

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by iDreamers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: • The Service will be uninterrupted or error free • Dreams will achieve their funding goals • Products or services will meet expectations • The Service will be secure or free from viruses OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless iDreamers and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
