Our Principles
These four principles are the foundation of everything we do on iDreamers.
Be Respectful
Treat every dreamer and business with kindness and empathy. We all have different goals, backgrounds, and journeys, celebrate the diversity.
Be Authentic
Share real dreams, real progress, and real stories. Misrepresenting yourself, your business, or your products is not tolerated.
Be Safe
Protect your personal information. Never share financial details, passwords, or sensitive data in public posts or messages.
Be Supportive
Whether it's a contribution, a comment, or a match, help others move closer to their dreams. Lifting others lifts us all.
What's Not Allowed
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in action.
No hate speech, discrimination, or harassment of any kind, based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other identity.
No spam, phishing, or deceptive practices. Do not post misleading content, fake reviews, or fraudulent funding campaigns.
No illegal content or activities, including the promotion of drugs, weapons, or any prohibited goods and services.
No sexual or explicit content. iDreamers is a platform for goals and aspirations, keep it family friendly.
No impersonation. Do not create accounts pretending to be another person, business, or public figure.
No intellectual property violations. Only post content you own or have permission to share.
No solicitation of funds outside of the iDreamers platform. All contributions must go through our secure Stripe powered system.
No bullying, threats, or intimidation, online or offline. We take all reports of harassment seriously.
How We Enforce
Our enforcement process is transparent, consistent, and fair.
Reporting
Anyone can report content or users that violate these guidelines. Use the "Report" button on any dream, profile, or message.
Review
Our moderation team reviews all reports, typically within 24 hours. AI assisted content validation runs in real time on all new posts.
Action
Depending on severity, violations may result in content removal, warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent account bans. Serious violations are reported to authorities.
